The Posiflex KS6815 Fire and Rain demonstration uses an off the shelf terminal and was not modified in any manner. Similar use of heat, shock and water is not sanctioned, warranted or representative of normal deployment. Although every element viewed is actual and uncut, Posiflex terminals while spill resistant are not waterproof and cannot swim, not guaranteed to work while on fire, and cannot be operated with excessive abuse. Do not attempt this demonstration at home as these tests were performed by trained professionals.

The POSIFLEX COLA CHALLENGE shows the POSIFLEX KS6815 standing up to the liquid spills of both water and a cola beverage. Every element viewed is actual and uncut, and while not submersible, the KS6815 is designed to resist spills and hold up in the harshest of environments. The MSR (Magnetic Stripe Reader) is not guaranteed to work while wet; however, will return to standard operation once dry or cleaned.
