The POSIFLEX Rapid Exchange Program is an upgraded warranty service plan specifically designed for POSIFLEX customers. All services are performed by Tekserve POS, LLC, who is the only authorized POSIFLEX service provider, bringing with them 10 years of service experience in the POS hardware industry. All TekServe POS technicians are continually trained to meet the demands of rapidly changing hardware and software technologies. Next Day On-Site and Next Day Customer Assist are the two options available with this program. Each of these can help your company to minimize overall service expenses, while maintaining a high level of support to your customers within the North America (U.S. and Canada).

Service Plan Options:

On-site Service Plan(with On-Site Technician)
Tekserve POS will dispatch technician to the POSIFLEX customer's location and ship spare components and/or whole units via Next Day advanced shipment within the North America (U.S. and Canada). Tekserve POS will also arrange for the return of the defective product, freight prepaid. Services can be requested Monday thru Friday until 6 p.m. CST for Next Day repair (including Saturday). Issues reported to Tekserve POS (http://www.tekservepos.com/) on a Saturday, prior to 11 a.m. CST will result in service being scheduled for the next business day.

Next-Day Customer Assist (without On-Site Technician)
Tekserve POS maintains an inventory of customer specific equipment and dispatches a unit prior to receiving back the defective unit. This service includes the Next Day advance shipment of spare components and/or whole units to POSIFLEX customer locations within the North America (U.S. and Canada). Tekserve POS will also arrange for the return of the defective product, freight prepaid. Services can be requested Monday thru Friday until 6 p.m. CST for Next Day repair (including Saturday).
