Advance Exchange is the fast, efficient “spare in the air” program for your POSIFLEX point-of-sale equipment. Available in the US and Canada, it offers a low cost way to minimize the risk of possible downtime and helps keep your service operation running smoothly. You will enjoy providing fast, reliable next day replacement service to your customers while Posiflex does the work. We provide a replacement unit via overnight shipping directly to you.

Posiflex offers various plans to fit your needs and dependent on the product and model. Offers include 1-year or 3-year service of Advance Exchange with or without OnSite Service. Extended service options may also be available.

Advance Exchange with OnSite Service

For the Posiflex Advance Exchange program you can elect to have a technician at your customer's site to install the equipment and make sure it is fully operational. The technician will unbox new equipment, replace the failed unit, connect all peripherals, configure basic network settings, load any supplied backup data and box up the failed unit ready for shipping back to Posiflex. Prices include the Advance Exchange service.

Installation Service

Posiflex as the manufacturer is the ideal process point to create image, drivers and custom configurations at the factory level to reduce staging resources and time. Our Field Technicians have direct contact with Regional Installation Managers, the Project Director as well as the manufacturer Product Development team. Regional Installation Managers receive cross functional training and have access to immediate escalation plans. You benefit from one vendor, one contact point with an assigned Project Director. Team is experienced at providing detailed SOPs and training. You benefit from direct access to nationwide technicians with no 3rd party IT management layer and, you have complete access to Project Director, regional installation managers, Product Development team and access to web portal reports.

Individual location plans are available and include Basic (hardware setup only), Network (hardware setup and network ready) or Advanced (hardware setup, network ready and software installed).

Installations for a large scale roll-out are available and can include equipment imaging, staging, over boxing, regional installation managers, scheduling control and detailed project reporting. Volume prices are quoted at flat rate or per location or per device depending on the project requirements.

Regional Service Depots

Posiflex is continually expanding our regional depot network to better serve your needs and to guarantee fast, efficient turnaround time for your equipment repairs. Our depots are fully stocked with manufacturer parts and all technicians are trained in our headquarters using the most efficient processes and enterprise software.

Canopy Remote Monitoring Service

Point of sale is at the heart of your business, keeping track of orders, inventory, financial data and clientele, so it is critical that your point of sale is running at optimal performance. To equip your point of sale devices with IoT, Posiflex is pleased to introduce Canopy, an enterprise IoT platform that lets you centrally monitor, manage and control connected devices at scale. Canopy does the heavy lifting of providing the IoT middleware and infrastructure so that all of your devices and networks communicate and interoperate.

With Canopy, a simple software agent is added to the devices and now the devices become “smart”, equipped with IoT functionality. From one central web portal, you can view the status of all IoT devices connected to your network and remotely monitor any hardware issues and alert a local manager to quickly resolve accordingly.
